My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hollywood and Viper are precious sisters. Having been abandoned in the woods as babies, they got a rough start in life. Fortunately, someone found their family (momma plus 6 kittens) and called us! This Top Gun family (named such since they were found near an airplane) was sick and HUNGRY. With time, love, food (lots!), and veterinary care these girls and their family recovered.

Early in life Hollywood thought she was too cool to waste time on people, but now she has learned the joy of a warm lap and loving pets. She has grown into quite a cuddly girl. She loves to nap on your lap while you watch TV. Hollywood’s sister Viper is also a lover. She is adorable as she trills around the house- you can hear her coming! Viper loves to “hide” in long nightgowns or skirts, daring you to find her! These girls adore each other. They run through their foster home, racing up and down the halls. They wrestle like there’s no tomorrow. They love feather wands and laser pointers. When they tire themselves out, they look for the coziest place for a nap. These girls like to sleep on the bed with their foster mom at night, never wanting to be too far from their people.

Hollywood and Viper are happy, healthy, and looking for their forever home. They are looking for an indoor-only home where they can be together. They have lots of love to share with their people. These girls do well with other cats but have never met a dog. They are very tolerant with kids, though they do like to have a safe place to go for a break. They are current on vaccinations, have been spayed, and are microchipped. These two sweethearts will make an excellent addition to a loving family.  $250 for the pair.  Indoor only.

More about this rescue

Cat's Cradle Rescue keeps cats out of shelters by offering an alternative to a cage - we are a no-kill FOSTER-HOME BASED rescue group that welcomes cats to our home environments as they await adoption.

Why Foster Care? Does your new kitty like children? Does she play with dogs or find other felines too uncomfortable to be around? Does he have consistent litter-box manners? Does he want to cuddle or perhaps his comfort zone is to be more independent. Many life-factors influence cat behavior and while genetics plays a role, we know that human touch, kindness, nurturing and consistency of care are non-negotiable requirements. We provide all of this.
