Here's what the humans have to say about me:
SPONSORED ADOPTION - FEE IS PAID!
Sox is a big boy who is a gentle giant. He had lived with an elderly man for three years and then went to live with a nice family when the man could no longer care for him. Unfortunately, the family's cat was not happy about this and would attack Sox, who does not have a mean bone in his body. Because of this he hid for the first week at his foster family, but now is happy and comfortable in his new home. Sox seems a little insecure and really enjoys the company of another friendly confident cat. He likes to play "chase me" with his foster brother who is also a big male cat. He likes his dog foster brother, too. Sox really enjoys being around his foster parents and will occasionally sit on your lap, but not often. He weighed 17 pounds the last time he was at the vets. He is not a big eater. He has not been around small children and is a bit nervous around loud noises so he might do best in a quiet home. His foster family call it "Sox on patrol" as he does like to make his rounds and check that all is well in the house. He likes his cat tree and looking out the window and has not been a door-dasher at this point, but does enjoy spending time in the garage with his foster brother. He always uses his litter box. Sox is a vocal cat, but once he has figured out the sleeping schedule at his foster home he usually does not meow until he knows you are awake and it is time for you to get up. He is 5 years old, neutered, vaccinated & microchipped. Please call Sheyenne Valley Friends of Animals at 701-840-5047 or email jenni.svfa@gmail.com.
