About Me: Hi friends! Our names are Rose and Dorothy and we were surrendered to Mending Spirits and both of us gave birth days after arriving (just 1 day apart!). We are hoping that we can be adopted together, we’ve raised our families together and now most of our kids have been adopted.
We enjoy being tucked in my hut all cozy and warm. We love sleeping in our large enclosure all snuggled up and enjoy moving blankets around frequently. Most of the day, we spend resting safe in our house, laying on our cozy bedding, and checking out hammocks. We are really entertaining to watch and love to be hand fed. We spend lots of time with our family hanging out, cuddling and exploring our enclosure.
Us rats are super social and enjoy the company of other like-minded rats. We are quite lazy and easy to please. We would be great rats for an experienced owner or someone who is new to rat care and who is patient with relationship building.
It is a requirement of my adoption that we get adopted together. Us rats are super social animals and form deep, meaningful bonds with our rat friends. We like to form best friend clubs.
