My story

💙 ADOPT CHEWY 💙

This little squishy love bug is the SWEETEST fella!! He loves all dogs and people, we haven’t seen him with cats, but he’s completely unbothered by friends.

We think he’s a 3 year old Shih Tzu/Yorkie Mix and weighs about 9 pounds. He’s not a huge fan of crates but if you leave or go to sleep, he’ll lay down and chillax. He LOVES belly rubs and snuggles and bath time is pretty easy too.

Chewy came to us as an emergency rescue, from DAS, because he had a hernia, after being attacked by a dog. Thanks to many amazing FURiends, that was corrected by surgery, and infection was cleared up from his leg. His hair has all grown out beautifully and filled back out.

Chewy’s been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated. He’s on Pro-Heart Heartworm prevention and Bravecto flea/tick prevention.
