CHEROKEE was originally a silvery grey fuzzy kitten; but as she grew a bit, some striping and faint orange coloring started to show - although she's mostly a soft grey; she's actually a dilute tortoiseshell! She's got a peanut-butter foot (slightly orang-y) and some faint peach coloring in places. Born mid-March of 2024
She's playful, sometimes friendly, sometimes affectionate - and also a bit cautious & reserved & shy; just makes her irresistible! (She'd do best in a tranquil home without a lot of noise & activity).
She was the first of a group of outdoor kittens to be caught & brought inside for socializing as kittens. They came from a Miami Avenue address, so all were named for Indian Tribes. They were all bought inside when they were pretty young & grew up together with a variety of cats & kittens in their foster home.
Cherokee (dilute tortie F), Choctaw (Brown & White tabby F) and Comanche (grey & white tabby M) were born to a friendly, outside mom-cat around Mid March, so they're about 4 months old. (Momcat was spayed & vacc'd - no more kittens for her!).
They grew up with close cousins, Lakota, Cheyenne & Miami, who were born around the same time to another outside momcat, a sibling (she was also spayed & vacc'd - no more kittens for her either!)
