Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Are you looking to add some cuteness into your home? Then look no further than Itsy and Bitsy! 🥰
🧡ITSY🧡 is a tabby with an adorable pink nose! She’s more cautious than her spunky big sister — she likes to observe first then join in the fun! She was the smallest of her litter but she has caught up in size.
❤️BITSY❤️ is a tabby with a brown nose that you may mistake for Itsy! They not only look alike, but they act alike too! She is timid at first but warms up quickly. She loves string toys and pets under her chin!
The girls love carrying stuffy balls and play mice around in their mouths, batting around springs and crinkle balls, and pouncing on each other!! And they both LOVE chasing anything attached to the end of a cat toy fishing pole! In their foster home, their foster parents could hear them running around upstairs playing nonstop until it was time for a nap in their cat tree.
They have interacted with children under the age of six but were timid due to the children’s loud excitement. They have not been introduced to dogs, but they would do best in a home with a young kitty playmate or to go to a home TOGETHER due to their playfulness. They love getting pets and warm up to sitting in your lap. If you’re quiet, you can hear their little purrs while you give them scratches!
Please see our rescue information for our adoption fees or email us at billythekiddenrescue@gmail.com.
‼️Help control the pet population - have your pets spayed or neutered! 💯

We have an adoption application to learn a bit about the home our cats will be going to and the family's motivation for adoption and expectations about pet ownership. We also have an adoption contract, which includes a no declawing and indoor-only clause along with a vet promissory note that ensures you will continue with the medical care and spay/neuter if needed.
We DO NOT do any out of state adoptions except on the NC border on a case-by-case basis.
We require a donation of $120 for adoption of unaltered kittens with a PTV Contract. All kittens receive vaccine series and wormings as well as medical treatment as needed. The adopter is responsible for obtaining their rabies vaccine and spay/neuter if the kitten is not of age at the time of adoption. We can provide resources for low cost clinics that offer these services.
We ask a donation of $25 to adopt Career/barn cats.
We require a donation of at least $140 for adoption of Spayed/neutered cat.
Bonded pairs adoption donation is $200.
Sometimes we require rental checks or home inspections. We always have a Meet n Greet to make sure everyone gets along. We encourage bringing the whole family!

More about this rescue
Our mission is to improve the lives of displaced cats and reduce feral cat population in Hampton Roads by socializing outdoor-born and feral kittens for adoption into loving forever homes. We are a VDACS registered 501c3 nonprofit, founded in 2014 with over 60 foster homes.
Our heart is in TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return of ferals), where cats are fixed, vaccinated, ear tipped, and allowed to live out their lives without reproducing. We are advocates for advancing legal and social acceptance of TNR in Hampton Roads. Our unique feral kitten socialization program has a 90% success rate in socializing feral-born kittens to become loving, in-home pets.
We are always seeking fosters, volunteers, transporters, and trappers to join our team!
We also appreciate donations! Find our most needed items
