My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pierre: The purr-tective partner you've been waiting for! This kitten is more than just a cute face-he's got the skills and attitude to make any household a purr-fect partner in crime. With a bit of his right ear missing from an early showdown in the mean streets (okay, maybe just a kitten scrap), Pierre has the battle scars to prove he's been through the rough and tumble.

Pierre's got a nose for adventure and a passion for justice... or at least a game of hide and seek! His playful and curious nature means he's always on the lookout for the next big case (like finding the missing catnip). And don't be fooled by his tough-guy act-this little guy is all heart, showing his affectionate side to anyone willing to give him a pet.

In top-notch health, Pierre's ready to join the ranks of your family unit. He's got impeccable litter box manners, and no special dietary demands-just feed him and watch him grow into the hero he's destined to be.

Pierre would do best with a fellow young feline sidekick, ideally another cat under 2 years old, to share the adventures and keep the peace. If you're looking to add for a dynamic duo, or just a single furball ready to make every day an adventure, Pierre's your kitten!

More about this rescue

Kitten Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens. We rescue cats and kittens from the streets of Los Angeles and from City Shelter euthanasia. Since our start in 1997, we have grown into one of the largest, most well-respected animal welfare groups in LA.

Kitten Rescue volunteers adopt out over 2,000 cats and kittens into homes every year. We educate the public about responsible pet guardianship, how to care for kittens and cats, and the importance of spaying and neutering. Kitten Rescue makes educational material available via events, print, school presentations and here on our website. We also provide Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance for communities in and around Los Angeles, and teach people how to manage and care for feral cat colonies.
