Hello, I`m Gingko, a kitten full of life and curiosity. My days are filled with play and exploration. I love chasing my siblings and climbing up high into my cat tree. I`m gentle and mellow, but don`t let that fool you. I`m also energetic, ready to pounce and play at a moment`s notice. I`m loyal, sticking by your side like your shadow. I`m also funny, making you laugh with my silly antics. I`m sweet, purring away contentedly when you pet me. I`m curious, always ready to explore new corners. I`m friendly, eager to meet new friends. We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment ONLY. If you are interested in adopting, please contact us via email at jcas@co.johnson.in.us or call 317-738-6090 during regular business hours. We will happily help get an application to you. Once an application is submitted and approved, we can contact you to set an appointment to meet the pet!

Our adoption fee is $150.00 for dogs, $75 for kittens under 6 months of age and $50 for all cats 6 months and older. This will include a rabies vaccination (if age appropriate), spay or neuter, a microchip with registration, and all other age appropriate vaccinations.

More about this shelter

We are the all admittance shelter in Johnson County, we are not a 501c3, but a county run facility. We try our best to place each and every animal. We also house all animals picked up by Animal Control therefore; we intake a high volume of animals each year.
