This 10-year-old white and tan mixed breed dog weighs 16 pounds and is as cute as can be with his friendly demeanor and eagerness to please. Joe loves making new friends and is ready to bring joy and companionship to his new family. He is such a good boy. He is a super easy pup to care for. He's very agreeable , and is well behaved in the car. He can be a bit dog reactive , but just barking, he doesn't lunge or bite. He is very easily redirected. Walking with him is a pleasure, he doesn't pull on the leash and stays close.
Joe has been in foster where we have gotten to know him better. Joe appeared very shy and quiet when he arrived but after a few days he was already showing his personality. He loves company, and loves going for a walk. His favorite things are going for walks and napping. Joe is not the biggest fan of other dogs and will bark at them on leash. His fosters say they love his "Running around the corridor. He goes forth and back many times running like he is a 1 year old puppy.". Joe does seem to have a bit of hearing loss, so its important to let him see you approaching so as not to startle him.
*Please note we do not hold animals for adoption*
