Hello, I'm Suki. I'm a gentle soul, with a heart as sweet as honey. My friends tell me I'm quite friendly, always ready with a purr and a nuzzle. I'm mellow, not the type to cause a fuss. I love a good cuddle, it's my favorite way to show my loyalty. But don't worry, I'm also independent. I don't need constant attention, just a warm lap to curl up on from time to time. I've been told my purr is quite therapeutic. I believe a home is not just a place, but a feeling of love and security. So, why should you adopt me? Because I'll fill your home with warmth, love, and purrs aplenty. And isn't that what makes a house a home?

Submit Application

Whether you're interested in a specific pet or not, fill out our application online at houstonpetsalive.org.

2.
Meet the Pet

Once your application is approved, a meet and greet will be set up between you and your pet of interest.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If the meet and greet goes well and your adoption application is approved, you will sign the adoption contract.

4.
Pay Fee

Once the adoption contract is signed, you will pay the adoption fee.

5.
Take the Pet Home

Bring your new best friend home! Remember that it will take some time for him/her to adjust to their new environment.
