Stanley is a playful and affectionate dog. He is a 6-year-old Texas Heeler, an Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie mix. We got him from a rescue at 6 months old. He weighs 50 pounds.
He loves any form of fetch and has excelled at any training or activity we have done with him. He's pretty good at frisbee!
He loves to cuddle and curl up at your feet. He does not do well alone for long stretches, so you would need someone home with him in general. He's fine for like 6 hours at a time.
We would like to keep him, but we have a toddler and a baby who is looking to start walking, and Stanley bumps the girls over (like when walking past). He's great with kids other than that, we just think he'd be better with older kids.
He gets along with other dogs in general, but would be better with bigger, non-aggressive dogs. We'd have to introduce any potential pet-siblings and see how they get along.
