My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, friends! I'm Barney, a super sweet beagle/basset mix boy! I'm looking for a forever home to call my own. Beagle Freedom Project rescued me after I was dumped at animal shelter by someone that used me as a hunting dog. Despite what I've been through, I'm still the sweetest pup ever. Nothing makes me happier than cuddles and affection from humans! I also enjoy exploring, adventuring, and playing with other dogs! I love other dogs so much, I'll do best in a home with another friendly pup or two! I'm also very handsome, if I do say so myself. Plus, I'll make it my mission to bring you laughter, joy, and smiles every day. I promise to be the best companion ever for my forever family. I hope an adopter notices me soon-- could it be you?

I would prefer a home that has: other dogs, adults-only, lots of love!

My location: WAUCONDA, IL
