Do you have any shepherds? Yes, we do!
Not only do we have shepherds, but we have Derek Shepherd! Yep, McDreamy is
at the Waco Shelter dreamin` of a forever home!
Derek S. is a cool boy, but he`s still learning how to maneuver through
shelter life. Living in a kennel hasn`t been the easiest, so he`ll need
serious decompression time once he leaves for his forever or foster.
Get beyond that, and you`ll find this boy is a big ol` sweetheart! Derek
has a lot of heart, and he wants to give it to someone who will be just as
devoted to him as he would be with you!
As Derek Shepherd makes his way through his confusion of how he came to
live in a shelter, he has acquired some favorable skills! He walks well on
a leash, and he enjoys strolls. He hasn`t been dog tested, but that`s in
the works.
Derek Shepherd is ready to stroll his way into your heart. He would like to

Adoptions applications are available online at www.humanesocietycentraltexas.org. Our adoptions prices are $50 for adult dogs and cats, $75 for puppies and kittens. All of our adoptions include vaccinations, spay/neuter and microchips.
