Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I’m Eddie! I’m an adorable young Dutch boy. I came in with 13 other bunnies, most of whom are my brothers and sisters. It was pretty scary at the shelter, but fortunately a nice rescue group came and got all of us! Now, if I could just find a permanent, loving home I would be so happy! I am an active boy who likes to explore and hang out with my people. I love attention - and I'll crawl in your lap to get it, too! I like toys, and I play with them more than most of the other rabbits here. I especially like wooden chew and toss toys. I like my cardboard box - especially sitting on top of it so I can see the world from up high! Like my brother Boomer, I have a pretty short attention span, even though I’m awfully smart. I just have too many things to do! Also, like Boomer, I can be a bit opinionated and I like to have my space set up just so. If you mess with my things, I will spend hours getting them back just the way I like them! I might not be the best bunny for kids but I would be a wonderful companion for fun-loving adults. I would love to go home with one of my sisters but I could also be a single bunny if you promise to give me a lot of attention. I need to be an indoor bunny, but since I've been litter trained that shouldn't be a problem, right?! So if you want a bunny that will make you laugh all the time, you want me!
And now, a message from Huntsville Friends of Rabbits:

Our adoption policies:
The adoption fee is $50 which helps defray the considerable costs of spay/neuter, other veterinary expenses, food, and equipment. All of our rabbits have received a full vet check up and are spayed/neutered. We adopt only to indoor homes, and prefer adult-only homes. We do not adopt rabbits as pets for children. We consider homes with older children, dogs or ferrets on a case-by-case basis.
If you are over 21 and have the time, energy, love and financial resources to care for a rabbit (not to mention a good sense of humor!) we would be happy to talk to you about adopting one of our fabulous foster bunnies! Please email us at huntsvillebunnies@hotmail.com and tell us a little about yourself, including why you would like a bunny and your previous experience with rabbits (if any). Please include your phone number so we may call you about the adoption.
Please note we are a little picky – we love these bunnies and since they have already been through the shelter once we want to make sure they have a great home the second time around! We do screen applicants carefully, as well as require a home visit. We adopt only within a five hour drive of Huntsville, AL.
