Oliver was rescued from being euthanized at County. Unfortunately his foster can no longer keep him and does not have a vehicle to take him to his veterinary appointments. He is fully vetted but needs surgery for his cherry eyes. Although he is guessed at about 4, he acts like a young pup and needs someone to teach him the ropes:)
