The name's Foolery...Tom Foolery. He likes he his playtime hot and his naptime also hot because blankets are comfortable and feel safe, but his personality is all chill! Tom is a socially endearing critter, a standup guy who just happens to walk on all fours. In much the same way you might meet your postal worker, Tom Foolery was discovered wandering up a driveway eager to deliver some good news. But unlike how you'd proceed with that budding relationship, Tom was taken into the home in order to help him find a new one (it's not kidnapping when it's an animal). Playful and sometimes quick to get overstimulated during those times of activity, Tom would love to find an active and attentive home that can offer him all of the enrichment and petting sessions he desires, especially if catnip can be involved.
Tom Foolery tested positive for FeLV, so he would need to be the only cat in his adoptive home. He seemed a little stressed by the presence of the other cats in his caretaker's home, so he might have preferred to be your only fuzzy court jester anyway.
**Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) is a virus that is specific to cats that weakens a cat’s immune system. Cats with FeLV can live normal, happy, healthy lives—but with a shorter life expectancy than cats without FeLV. At PAWS, we believe every pet deserves to live out their life in a loving home for whatever time they have. We hope you'll consider opening your home to this special kitty! For more information feel free to check out the FeLV FAQs we have available on our website!**
This pet's adoption fee is waived and they'll go home with a $100 gift card to use towards cat supplies!
