When you look up the meaning of the name Phil, there is a picture of Phil The Cat and it says he is dear, loved, or loving. Truly. Look it up! This sweet, happy boy is affectionate with people and is good with other cats. He migrated to a Crazy Cats managed feral colony, but is much too friendly and social to be an outdoor boy. Phil wants loads of petting, sunny bed spreads, and fuzzy cat perches. He is a perfect family friend.

Phil is about 2-3 years old, neutered, Felv negative, UTD on vaccinations, treated for parasites, microchipped (with lifetime free registration), and fostered/ socialized in a loving family home. Sammie has tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), a condition that suppresses his immune system. But he is a perfectly healthy cat, with no signs of being slowed down by FIV! Most cats with FIV live long, healthy lives with no symptoms at all. The virus is not spread to people or dogs. And it is not spread to cats through casual contact -- like sharing litter boxes, water and food bowls, or through snuggling, grooming, and playing.
