Isabella is a female Pit Bull Terrier mix rescued in Alabama. We estimate that Isabella was born in approximately 2015. Pretty Isabella has come such a long way but yet, is still searching for her forever home.
Caution! This girl will takeover your seat on the sofa, find the sunning spot under all windows, and definitely lick the baby’s hands before they’re done eating. Isabella is sweet, vibrant, and spunky. She loves to play tug-of-war and chase toys when she’s riled up, and will be a good sport on long walks as long as it’s not too hot. She is also content to lounge all day while you work from home if you need an easy-going coworker.
Over the past few years, Isabella has shown that she can live with another dog that isn’t overly excitable or dominant, and has also done great adjusting to living with a baby-turned-toddler this past year (she just doesn’t know her own strength or size). Isabella is such a special girl who would love to receive lots of affection from her family and have a yard to patrol. She does great on car rides and isn’t very vocal when she sees people pass by on the street. Give this girl a chance and she will steal your heart!
Isabella loves to sleep in and adores her toys. She is fantastic with people and would love a home with a fenced yard to play in! City life does not appeal to Isabella - she's a country girl at heart! A cute little country bandanna around her neck and some grass, and she will be right at home!
Isabella would do best in a home that does not have cats. If you would like to adopt Isabella, please put your application in here: http://www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org
RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue. All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption.
Given technical constraints on this database, this pet's location may not be as listed here. We can, however, provide transport support for pets in foster at a considerable distance from the adopter.
