Stryker, born in December 2015, is now a big boy at 82 pounds. He came to rescue from Ruin Creek NC and has recovered nicely from the horrible condition we found him in: he was emaciated, needed a blood transfusion, was covered in open wounds and scars, including a large infected wound down the bridge of his nose, and a piece of his tail just fell right off! This poor boy didn't deserve the poor treatment he endured prior to rescue and we want him to be comfortable and loved for the rest of his life. Stryker loves people. He is very strong, so an adopter with large dogs would be best. His home should have a fenced-in yard and no other pets; Stryker needs to be king of his castle. He is up to date on shots and is neutered. If you would like to adopt Stryker, please put your application in here: http://www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org
RDR's adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter/microchip at an RDR-approved facility, whether completed before adoption or if deferred because the pet is too young or has a medical issue. All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption.
Given technical constraints on this database, this pet's location may not be as listed here. We can, however, provide transport support for pets in foster at a considerable distance from the adopter.
