My name is Billy (TX)!

Billy (TX) is a male Labrador mix rescued in Texas.  Our veterinary partner estimates that Billy is 3 yrs old at the time of intake in May 2024.  Billy is good with people, other dogs and children. Despite his rough beginning, being chained to a house for years, he still manages to wag his tail.  Rescue Dogs Rock gave him he medical attention he needed and he is healing up.
