Hello there, I'm Stinker! Don't let my name fool you, I'm as sweet as they come. I have a tale that's as magical as it is goofy. One day, while chasing a sunbeam, I stumbled upon a hidden portal. It led me to this shelter, a place filled with friendly faces, playful cats, and dogs who've become my best pals. I'm fond of kids too, their laughter is my favorite melody. I'm a cuddly, affectionate, and loyal companion. My heart is gentle, and my spirit is playful. I'm ready to share my magic with a forever family. Why adopt me? Well, I promise to fill your home with love, laughter, and a touch of magical mischief!More information? Call Marion Area Humane Society at 740-389-6548 or email at manager@mahspets.org

More about this shelter
Marion Area Humane Society is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization incorporated in 1967 under ORC 1717. We strive to educate, assist and protect the animals of the Marion area. Since 1986 have operated a shelter to provide a humane environment for homeless animals. In 2011 several generous donors and grants made it possible for a shelter renovation and addition of a separate intake section. MAHS operates a open-admissions shelter with a guilt and fee free surrender policy, to encourage owners who can not properly care or maintain proper living conditions for their pets to do the best thing for the pet. MAHS also provides humane investigations and a spay/neuter voucher program for Marion county.
