We were alerted of peppers location at the shelter after taking in Parvo puppies that were surrendered to
Our rescue. She has been dumped on the street, most likely hit by a car where animal control picked her up. Once we found out she was there with a broken humorous we had to get her out. She has since had surgery and healing well, super sweet and dog friendly.
