ABOUT LILA: Upon observation: we have determined that LILA might have some Cavalier Spaniel in her family tree. The rest is unknown. She has wavy longish fur. She weighs 12 lbs and is about one year old
LILAs ORIGIN: This sweet girl was part of a large hoarding case that the local shelter took in. The entire incident was unsettling to LILA. She took a while to discover that people were friendly. Lately, she is seeking me out for tummy rubs.
HEALTH: RoRescue had her vet checked. Luckily, she was not pregnant, so we had her spayed.
PERSONALITY: LILA can sometimes be reserved, but after she see you are not a threat, she will seek you out, usually in the middle of the night for head rubs and tummy tickles.
She is playful and loves playing with other 'same size' dogs.
LILA is learning potty training and uses the doggie door into a covered secure dog run, but no guarantees.
She is very smart and promises, with your patience, to become your loyal companion.
RORESCUE NOTES: We are looking for an "forever" adopter who will give this girl a safe loving home and keep her "forever"

FYI, the county shelter does not help Rescue Groups with veterinary expenses. We use our own vets and we pay them thru adoption fees and donations. Lately, veterinary fees have escalated, making it harder and harder to keep helping these homeless dogs. Please be considerate when deciding to adopt a "Rescue DOG".
ALL RORESCUE DOGS are vet checked, wormed, spayed/neutered, dental cleaning (if needed), microchipped and UTD on shots. Full blood panel/Valley Fever/Tick Fever/Heartworm testing is NOT customarily done, unless veterinary suggested
RoRescue adopts their dogs as INDOOR pets, with sufficient supervised outdoor exercise time.
RoRescue requires a secure yard and safe environment for this dog.
We do NOT adopt to out-of area or out of state locations.
