Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ADOPTION PENDING
ABOUT ADDISON: Upon observation: we have determined that ADDISON might be a terrier mix. We are guessing Westie mixed with poodle. She has curly/wirey fur. She weighs 18 lbs and is about 18 months old
ADDISON's ORIGIN: This sweet girl was found as a stray on the streets of South Tucson. The finder posted pictures in the neighborhood, posted on all the internet sites and reported her as found with the local animal shelters. No one came forward.
HEALTH: RoRescue had her vet checked. Luckily, she was not pregnant, so we had her spayed, her shots updated and microchipped.
PERSONALITY: ADDISON can sometimes be reserved, but after she see you are not a threat, she sticks to you like glue. She loves to sleeps right next to me on the bed. She rarely barks unless there is a new person entering the house. We think at one time, she was loved and has had some doggie training because she knows how to sit. She is a good car rider and contrary to finding her as a stray, she is NOT an escape artist. She walks well on a leash and seems potty trained, but sometimes forgets. She is very smart and promises to become your loyal companion.
RORESCUE NOTES: We are looking for an "forever" adopter who will give this girl a safe loving home and keep her "forever"

FYI, the county shelter does not help Rescue Groups with veterinary expenses. We use our own vets and we pay them thru adoption fees and donations. Lately, veterinary fees have escalated, making it harder and harder to keep helping these homeless dogs. Please be considerate when deciding to adopt a "Rescue DOG".
ALL RORESCUE DOGS are vet checked, wormed, spayed/neutered, dental cleaning (if needed), microchipped and UTD on shots. Full blood panel/Valley Fever/Tick Fever/Heartworm testing is NOT customarily done, unless veterinary suggested
RoRescue adopts their dogs as INDOOR pets, with sufficient supervised outdoor exercise time.
RoRescue requires a secure yard and safe environment for this dog.
We do NOT adopt to out-of area or out of state locations.
