Meet Pear, a sweet and curious boy who recently had a fantastic Doggy Day Out! Pear loves sniffing around on walks—he`s a dedicated explorer who takes his time to investigate every scent. He`s strong and determined when his nose is to the ground, but he walks well on a leash otherwise and is easily redirected. He was unfazed by squirrels and calmly passed by other dogs, showing off his polite manners.Pear is a social butterfly who loves meeting new people! At Lowe`s, he asked for pets from everyone he met and enjoyed treats like a gentleman. He even had a fun outing at McDonald`s for some chicken nuggets and a pup cup from Starbucks. Pear picked out a squeaky toy at Petsmart and proudly carried it around, using it to stay focused when other dogs were nearby. He loves sticks, enjoys water breaks under trees, and is always ready for an adventure. Pear would thrive with an active family who can give him the exercise he needs. Once he warms up to you, he’s a total leaner and a wonderful companion!
Adoptions are free and include support from our adoption team to ensure a smooth transition from the shelter to your home.
