My name is Stella!

Stella's original owner was an elderly couple who surrendered her and her sister to the SPCA. Two weeks later, we adopted Stella after falling in love with her at an adoption event and have had her since April of 2024. Our kids absolutely adore her, and we love snuggling with Stella at the end of the day, but unfortunately, she is not getting along with our daughter's cat despite our multiple attempts to get them used to each other. Additionally, Stella is high energy and very affectionate which means she can be a bit rough with our 2-year-old son who loves her a little too much!

Stella would do amazing in a home with active people who don't have other pets. She loves training and generally being with people but is still young (turns 2 in February) and will need plenty of patience and training. If you can give her 2-3 walks a day then she will be a happy camper!
