My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I'm Bill. I'm a kitten, a bit shy, I admit. Humans can be intimidating, you see. But I do get along with my fellow felines. I'm pretty independent, so I might be a good fit for a barn home. I'll keep to myself mostly, but I promise I'm not a troublemaker. I just need a little space to grow and become more confident. And who knows? With a bit of patience, I might even become your best friend. Adopt me if you're looking for a quiet companion who can also keep your barn free of pesky rodents.

We are located in Priest River right on the main highway (Highway 2) and attend as many adoption events as we can each year. We have several fund raisers and you can learn about them on our website

More about this rescue

We are dog and cat lovers who want to help decrease the number of healthy pets being euthanized. We do this through adopting pets to caring homes and by spaying and neutering every pet before it is adopted out. We operate a Thrift store named Critters, which is volunteer run with all money brought goes to support our "No Kill" rescue. Critters is located on the same property as our shelter. We take in homeless animals because they are in need and are unable to help themselves.
