My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you are looking for a beautiful, sleek, friendly house-panther, look no further than Sybil. This beauty is about 9 months old and is ready to find a loving home. She has recently been spayed (hence the shave patch on her arm - from the IV), and is in good health. She would love to steal your heart.

Sybil came to us from a hoarding situation, and while many of the cats from this home were under-socialized, Sybil has been a huge attention hog right from the start. She's a bit shy around new people, but she very quickly warms up and can't wait to get all of the love. She will follow you around like a puppy and flop over onto her side so that you can pet her.

Sybil is an expert biscuit making and loves to knead her feet. She has a really great purr and will loudly share it with you. She gets along really well with other cats, and almost everyone she meets. However, she is more reserved with males than with females, so will do best in a home with a female owner.

Sybil really enjoys attention, so she would like an owner who is around for most of the day. Someone who works from home, or is on the early side of retirement could be a good fit for her. Sybil loves attention so much that she can be a bit under foot so she wont be a good fit for someone with mobility issues. Since she enjoys attention so much, Sybil gets sad when you stop petting her. She can also sometimes get a bit over-stimulated during pet sessions. In these situations, she will sometimes grab your hand in her mouth. She doesn't bite or break skin, but due to her mouthiness she wont be the right fit for a home with children.

Sybil absolutely loves other cats and needs to find a home with other young felines who want to be her friend.
