We'd like to introduce you to a very special boy named MJ. MJ came to Wisconsin after spending 3 months in foster care in Texas healing, recovering, and learning how todog. He was one of the few medium-sized dogs among many small breed dogs seized from a large hoarding case in Texas that also brought us past alumni Kiff and Nimbus. MJ was saved from a home covered in feces that contained over 40 dogs that were not taken care of or even socialized. When he got to Texas foster care, he was completely shut down and covered in Mange (shown in the last 2 pics). His Texas foster did everything in her power to help him learn that people could be safe and to help make him healthy again. We are so grateful that she did this because now he has joined us in Wisconsin at Our Pack and is doing great! While he is still nervous and gets startled easily, he is doing well even in a busy household with dogs of all sizes and even with men and children. He is his new foster momma's shadow and follows her everywhere, and it's been especially fun seeing his goofy side of getting the morning zoomies with his 4-legged friends. This special boy has won the hearts of many already, but is now on the search for his furever family to help him complete his journey. He has been accident free and shows no food aggression despite his rough start. He is searching for someone who will continue socialization and be patient with him as he learns more and more each day.
