My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Pistol Pete, my fosters call me Petey, I’m a strong, healthy, playful, boy that likes to play, run, fetch and am full of energy. I am just one years old, and hoping to find my forever home. I would love a fenced in yard, so I can play and sometimes just enjoy laying in the sunshine. I get along with other dogs, children, and I do well out and about on the town meeting new people and friends.

I might be a tripod, but I don’t know it, I have no problems with stairs or jumping into your lap if you’d like me to. I’m a loving, cuddly boy and I’m a fast learner, as you can see, I’m quite the handsome boy as well! Oh, and I absolutely love care rides.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Submit an adoption application at www.angelsrescue.org/adopt and a member of our Adoption Team will contact you for an interview.

2.
Meet the Pet

Our pets are located in foster homes. Once your application is approved, you will be connected with the foster family.

3.
Home Check

The foster family will do a brief home visit to ensure that it's a perfect match between family & pet!

4.
Pay Fee

Adoption fees range from $50 - $150 for cats and $150 - $300 for dogs. Specials and discounts may apply.

Sign Adoption Contract

Our team is available for support and referrals post adoption if you need it!

We ask that all pets and family members meet your potential new pet so that everyone can be sure they are the right fit!

Puppies and kittens under 4 months may only be adopted locally. Fully vetted and altered pets may be adopted out of state.
