Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Lynx is a shy, sensitive soul, looking for a loving family to call his own. He has the sweetest energy and watching him explore the world will fill up your soul! He is affectionate and has an adorable playful side. Lynx is friendly with people and dogs, but mostly likes co-existing with other pups (at least in the shelter environment). He is also both crate and potty trained.
He recently spent some time in a short-term foster home and was a wonderful house guest. His foster parent's said he's a loving, playful dude and such a good boy! He adores spending time in the yard, whether he's playing or just relaxing and soaking up the sun and fresh air. If you are looking to help a dog blossom into their full self, look no further than this sweet boy. We love our boy Lynx and we know you will too <3
Please consider opening your home as a foster to help us learn more about our pups!
For anyone looking for a lost pet or considering adoption or fostering, we encourage you to make regular visits to the shelter. Please note that this website is updated every 24 hours and may not include all the animals available at CARE STL. If you are interested in a specific dog, such as (name of dog), we invite you to stop by the CARE STL Adoption Center located at 2700 Walnut Pl, 63103. Simply ask for more details about the particular animal you are interested in.

The purpose of this application is to gather information about your home, pets, and general lifestyle to help our Match-Makers determine if the pet you wish to adopt is a good fit for both you and the pet.
