My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Henry is a lovable 10-year-old Foxhound who came to Lily’s originally in December 2022 from the same hunting club as Lily’s alum, Eli. After spending extended time in foster, Henry came back to us due to a change in his foster home.

Henry is a lazy hound who doesn’t need much except a warm cozy bed and some sun beams for his afternoon naps! Henry has the most energy in the morning and loves to sniff around the corral at Lily’s and “play” (AKA 3-minute bursts of energy and playing, followed by lots of lounging) with his friend Gemma in the barn.

Henry reserves the afternoons (and evenings, and nights) for napping! Lily’s volunteers wake him up for his afternoon walk then back to his bed. Henry is a loyal companion looking for a fellow mellow pal. Henry would do well in a cat-free home but is open to canine siblings!
