Frank always runs up for a snuggle with his loud purr. he's a very playful and active little guy who loves to wrestle with his sister, Daisy. Frank has major FOMO and perks up if he senses any activity! He's just a love and natural entertainer. Frank needs a playmate, if you already have a playful kitty in your house, or he'd also love to be adopted with his gorgeous sister, Daisy!
