My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Skip is a sweet, affectionate, and well-mannered gentleman who is looking for his forever home. He is fully house-trained and loves his daily morning and evening walks, making him a wonderful companion for anyone who enjoys a gentle stroll.

Skip’s greatest quality? He’s an absolute cuddle bug! If you’re looking for a loving companion who will nuzzle you for affection, gently paw for pets, and happily soak up all the love you can give, Skip is your guy. He’s incredibly polite—though sometimes a little insistent when he wants extra cuddles. When he’s not enjoying a good snooze (which he looks absolutely adorable doing), Skip is always within earshot, quietly lounging and enjoying the peaceful company of his humans.

While he enjoys his calm moments, Skip also has bursts of energy and excitement—especially when you come home! He’ll greet you with joyful zoomies and plenty of tail wags. He’s also a pro at shaking hands—probably more than most politicians—and knows how to sit, ask for pets, and charm his way into a few extra treats (especially if chicken or cheese is involved).

Skip is an older gentleman with a warm and loving heart. He’s independent enough to stay home while you’re at work but will be overjoyed to welcome you back. If you’re looking for a kind, affectionate, and loyal companion who will fill your home with love and warmth, Skip is ready to be your best friend.

Could Skip be the perfect match for you? Come meet him and find out!
