Hazel is still looking for a new home! Her adoption fee is just $75 due to length of stay!
Meet Hazel! This sweet, sweet girl is still here and desperately looking for her forever home. She was surrendered back on 6/20/24 due to owner not having a home to keep her. She is 4 years old. Unfortunately Hazel went into heat after arriving with us so we had to wait to spay her. She is now out of heat and being spayed this week so she can leave the shelter. Per her previous owner, Hazel is housetrained, great with children and has done ok with other dogs. She is not a fan of cats/small animals. Hazel was crated in her last home when owner wasn't home, so she is used to that. She also knows basic commands. Owner stated she can be a whiney anxious girl sometimes, and is scared of thunderstorms and fireworks. We have noticed that she has had a VERY hard time here with the stress of the kennel environment and really wants to leave ASAP with a forever family or foster based rescue. She weighs around 60 lbs.
