This helps Carolina Coonhound Rescue with pet care costs.
This sweet little lady is the perfect companion to go on adventures AND snuggle on the couch. She loves kids and dogs as well but would do best in a home with dogs over 30lbs as she sometimes gets a little crazy when playing. She is not cat friendly. Wendy is medium-high energy but will settle down as long as she gets a good walk!
**This dog is heartworm positive and will be treated by the rescue and will be available for foster to adopt for a local family in or near Charleston, SC that is comfortable with the restriction requirements for the duration of treatment. She is NOT available for to people not local to Charleston, SC until her treatment is completed in November.
If you are interested in adopting this dog, please fill out an application. We do allow out of state adoptions and any transport costs are at the expense of the adopter. If you have further questions about this dog, please email us at ccradopt@gmail.com and someone will be in touch as soon as possible. Please note we are unable to hold dogs for adopters as this ties up valuable foster homes.
Please understand that we are an all volunteer group and we have jobs outside of this organization. We do our best to provide quick responses but occasionally they are a little slower. If you do not receive a response in 48 hours, please resend to make sure it's received.
