My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Greetings from this little cutie patootie, Hughie! Hughie is as sweet as they come. He is a beautiful orange tabby with gorgeous markings, a combination of tiger stripes and leopard spots. Hughie is stunning from his distinct markings, his fiery orange color coat, and his fun playful spirit. From the moment he was rescued, he was full of curiosity, extremely loving, playful, and never shy to use his voice and likes to call out for his other kitty playmates, or when he’s looking some pets. He can be a social butterfly, but can also be quite happy off playing on his own with his favorite toy of the moment. Hughie is a total foody, from his dry food, to cat treats, to homemade dog food, and when he’s lucky, he’ll indulge in small pieces of chicken breast. Hughie is looking for his forever home, ideally one with other cats he can play with. Hughie, currently lives in a home with other cats, well behaved/cat trained dog, and no young children. Hughie was rescued here in Hollister with his three brothers. His mom was a feral neighborhood cat that was TNR. Hughie’s brothers have all been adopted and Hughie is patiently waiting for his forever family. Hughie is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated.

Hughie was born in May.

More about this rescue

We are a group of volunteers who are trying to make an impact on the feral cat and kitten population in our county. We are also expanding to rescue and foster puppies and dogs. We are foster based and run on donations and support of our community. Our rescued animals are carefully assessed and placed with an experienced foster. All our adoptable animals are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. We also TNR and have barn cats available too.
