My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is McKinley! Thank you for taking a peek at my bio! My foster mom says I have a heart as big as Alaska! Just like the mountain I was named after, I am BIG and BEAUTIFUL!
I am only 4 months old but I'm already over 30 pounds!

I love my people and I'm always ready to hang out with them, from playing games in the back yard, going for a swim, exploring the backcountry or going to our favorite park, I am all puppy and always ready for adventure!

I'm great at making dog friends so adding me to your pack won't be rough and a dog park would be lots of fun too! I've even tested into doggy daycare!

I know some basic obedience like "sit", "off", "crate", "come" and "down". I'm great at walking on a leash and know "easy" is to slow down if I'm exited. My foster mom says I'm one smart girl!

I love cuddling with people and I give legendary kisses in return!
I have a mountain of favorite things so it's hard to pick just one! I love my puppy pool in the back yard and playing with the water hose when mom fills it up!
My favorite toys range from squeaky toys, and bones to teething chew toys and stuffed animals. I like soft dog treats and dog biscuits and I love LOve LOVE peanutbutter and cheese!

It's possible I mentioned this already but just in case...A lap for cuddles is highest on my "favorites" list.

I hope you will summit an application to adopt me! — with Kamela Kordik and Val Turner.

All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.

We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.

We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information.

We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
