My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Penny! I'm a very petite Dutch mix girl who is very unusual and beautiful looking. I have fur that is kind of tortoiseshell-like - if I were a dog, you'd say I had a brindled coat. I came into the shelter with a whole bunch of other bunnies. It's a sad story, but now I am pretty happy because I am with people who love me and are determined to find me a loving forever home!

As I said, I am quite petite! I only weigh about three pounds. I am a little shy at first, but..oh my, is that a piece of lettuce you have? Or perhaps a craisin?! Oh, well, I guess in that case we could be friends! I think I will form a strong attachment to whoever adopts me as I am very social once I get over my initial shyness.

I have been spayed and I am already getting the hang of the litter box. I am very curious about everything and I love to explore. I would love a home where I have some room to roam.
