My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Caesar! My foster mom says I’m her best and most handsome boy (but don’t tell my foster brothers!). I’m not a kitten anymore, but I still have a young heart. I love to jump, run, and drag my giant cat wand all over the house—sometimes I even bring it to bed with me! Once I trust you, I will be your best companion, work buddy, and confidante.

When it’s quiet, I’d love to snuggle up in your lap (or on your chest, if you let me)! I can be independent at times, but when you pick me up, I’ll melt into your arms and snuggle my head into the crook of your arm. I can be a bit suspicious of new people and may vocalize when they enter my space (hey, don’t blame me—I’m just vetting them for you!).

I feel safest in a lower activity household. I'm good with other cats, but dogs and little humans can be a bit scary for me.

I’m definitely a softie at heart, and I’m looking for my perfect person to call home. Is that you?

If you’re thinking about adding a kitten or two to your family, a Bitty Kitty is a great choice! Kittens who have been bottlefed tend to be extra friendly and snuggly!

By adopting a kitten from the Bitty Kitty Brigade, you’ll be supporting our no-kill organization and making room for us to take in another orphan kitten.

All of our cats receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. Prior to adoption, all of our kittens are:

FeLV/FIV tested
spayed/neutered
treated for external and internal parasites
microchipped
FVRCP (distemper) vaccinated

The Bitty Kitty Brigade is a foster-based rescue for orphaned neonatal kittens in the Twin Cities, MN and surrounding areas.

Our mission is:
To provide care for orphaned neonatal kittens and to partner with animal rescue organizations and impound facilities to improve survival rates within the neonatal kitten population.

The Bitty Kitty Brigade provides care for kittens ages 0-6 weeks who are without mothers and not yet eating on their own. Once weaned, the kittens are either transferred to one of our partner no-kill organizations or transferred to another caregiver within our organization where they will be cared for until adoption age.
