My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello there, I'm Hex, the purr-fectly playful kitty who's always ready to turn your day into a paw-some adventure! I’m all about toys – if it jingles, wiggles, or rolls, I’m on it faster than you can say "catnip." My favorite trick? Placing my paw on your arm to demand some love, because who can resist these adorable paws? I meow like the Minecraft cat, which means I’m always game for some blocky fun.  I may not be a fan of other cats (feline the competition, you know?), but dogs? They’re pawsitively okay in my book. And humans, big or small, I love them all! You can play with my feet and ears to your heart’s content – I won’t even twitch. My purr motor is always running, so get ready for some non-stop cuddle sessions. Ready to make your life a bit more meow-gical? Adopt me, and let's embark on a fur-tastic journey together!

Go meet their pets

We will be holding adoption event days with PetSmart on Ft Jackson Blvd and Two Notch Rd as well as PetSense on Garners Ferry Rd. These are partnerships that we've initiated and that have been greeted with open arms by these great organizations. MUCH More to Come!

More about this rescue

At Cat Around Town Project, we believe that by spaying and neutering as many stray and colony cats as possible, we are proactively controlling overpopulation at its source. All kittens and any cats that are adoptable are removed from the colonies and adopted to suitable homes. One day, when the supply meets the demand, there will be a home waiting for every kitten in our community. .
