Santa didn’t come.
All I wanted for Christmas was a home of my own and a mama, or papa, or both! Just someone to love me.
I’m still a baby, well maybe a ‘tween. But less than two years old! Fun, energetic, handsome - hmmmm nope gorgeous is a better word! I glitter in the sunshine. I’m on the small size, about 9 lbs - makes me easy to carry around or take a plane ride with you! Foster Mum says I’m a mix of Yorkie and Chihuahua, did I already say I’m gorgeous? I’m also potty trained and sleep in a crate at night with no barking! But that’s only because there’s no room in the bed. Mum says I’m a lap warmer - whatever that means 🤷♀️. I do like to snuggle up when she takes a nap on the sofa. I’m a bit leery of new people, so I’ll probably bark at you until I know you won’t hurt me. I used to be scared of other dogs, but with all the dogs coming and going in this house I’m much better. I’ve even made friends with some of them. Small children scare me more, so I’d definitely bark at them. I prefer older teenagers or just adults - adults are the best snugglers!
It’s too late for Christmas but, Valentine’s Day is just around the corner???

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.

CAMO Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers life, health, and a forever home. We specialize in dogs that other rescues can’t or won’t take due to fearful nature or medical needs. We primarily rescue ‘euthanasia listed’ animals that are in immediate danger of death.
