Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I'm a sweet, ten month old Himalayan mix boy with the sweetest personality. I love to be held, and I will follow you around like a puppy. I've even learned how to give "kisses" - I bump your cheek with my nose when you ask for them! I just love, love, love people and attention!! I was brought into the shelter with my friend, Ben, but we are not bonded. In fact, he bit my nose!! Well, maybe I was sticking it through the bars of his pen, but what can I say? I am a very curious and social kind of guy!! My fur is sleek and white, except for my ears which just have a blush of grey. I really am handsome. I am kinda' small, but since I am only about ten months old I may grow some more. My foster mom thinks I will be about four pounds. Just the right size for cuddling! Rabbits are wonderful house pets! They have individual personalities, can be litter trained, and love to play with toys!
If you are interested in obtaining a rabbit for a companion, please do lots of research. There is TONS of information online. We recommend the information from The House Rabbit Society (www.rabbit.org) or the "Morfz" site (http://homepage.mac.com/mattocks/morfz/rabcare.html).
The adoption fee is $50 which includes the spay/neuter fee and a new rabbit kit. All of our rabbits have received full vet check ups. We adopt to indoor, adult-only homes. We do not adopt rabbits as pets for children. We consider homes with dogs or ferrets on a case-by-case basis.
If you are over 21 and have the time, energy, love and financial resources to care for a rabbit (not to mention a good sense of humor!) we would be happy to talk to you about adopting one of our fabulous foster bunnies!
If you are interested in adopting a bunny from us please email us at huntsvillebunnies@gmail.com and tell us a little about yourself. Please include a phone number so we may call you about the adoption. Please note we are a little picky we love these bunnies and since they have already been through the shelter once we want to make sure they have a great home the second time around! We do screen applicants carefully, as well as require a home visit.
