Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Ray is between 3 and 4 years old. He’s blind, but gets around very well. He’s neutered and vaccinated. He tested heartworm positive, but is now on preventative. He has begun the slow kill protocol treatment of one month of doxycycline (completed) and monthly Advantage multi. He has beagle buddies that he loves to play with. He can be fussy around other dogs when food or treats are around. Best to feed him separately. Email hokieshounds@yahoo.com

More about this rescue
November 2002 we began our efforts to officially become a recognized beagle rescue. After more than 7 years in animal welfare we concentrated our efforts on that merry little hound who loves to sniff, snack and snooze! Since our incorporation in 2002, Hokie's Hounds has assisted over 500 beagles!! We are in Louisiana and are a small group of folks dedicated to assisting homeless beagles. We have no building or shelter, but operate through a foster home program. We are a nonprofit organization, and all donations to Hokie's Hounds are tax deductible under section 501(c)3 of the IRS code.
