This is what Beaver's foster dad has to say about him: Beaver is a high energy dog who loves playing and walking. He loves to go to the dog park for hours and play with other dogs, hike around either the city or the outdoors for hours; he has a high motor. Beaver is 100% potty trained, crate trained, can be around large crowds of people and other dogs, and overall would be a great dog for somebody who must put in effort and love for him.
His favorite activity is the dog park Loves carrying the biggest stick he can find Favorite treat / bone or wild boar hooves Actually enjoys a good bath/ scrubbing after a really dirty dog park day.
Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information.

From the Dog Kennels/Kennel Group I/Kennel Group Q (in shelter): To meet this dog, please come to Seattle Animal Shelter at 2061 15th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, between 1 - 5 pm Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. No appointment needed! We are closed for adoptions on Monday, Friday, and all holidays. You can fill out a survey in advance and bring it with you: https://bit.ly/SASdogsurvey.
From Foster Care (out of shelter): 1. Copy and paste the adoption survey link into a new tab on your browser: https://bit.ly/SASdogsurvey 2. Download and complete the dog survey. 3. Save the survey to your device with a new file name that includes your last name. Make sure it's filled in when opened again. 4. Put the name of the dog(s) in the Subject Line of a new email. Attach your survey, add any additional information you would like us to know, and send to sasfosteradoption@seattle.gov.
