My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

It's hard to believe that such a sweet and loving dog as Athos is still waiting for his forever home. This 7-month-old Bully pup has been through so much. Found abandoned in a bucket during the brutal Las Vegas summer, he was barely hanging on. Against all odds, he survived a severe case of mange and emerged as the gentle sweetheart he is today.

Athos is more than just a dog; he's a loyal companion, a playful friend, and a loving family member. He's house trained, crate trained, and gets along with everyone - kids, dogs, and even cats! Despite his challenging start, he's full of life and ready to shower his family with love and affection.

Why is he still waiting? It breaks our hearts to see this incredible pup still searching for his forever home. Every day he spends homeless is another day away from the love and comfort he so desperately deserves from HIS firever family.

Please, help us find Athos his happy ending. Share his story, spread the word, and consider opening your heart and home to this deserving boy.

More about this rescue

Southern Nevada Animal Rescue League (SNARL) exists to provide a better life for adoptable homeless, abandoned, or abused animals. We aim to assist in the effort of limiting the overpopulation of these animals as well as educate the public against breed or size discrimination. There is no such thing as a “bad breed”, only bad humans. Our mission is to make sure all of the animals we rescue are placed in loving, safe, and viable fur-ever homes.
