Meet Whammy!

Whammy entered Orange County Animal Care as a stray. When he wasn't claimed, we scooped him up on July 16th to become a Frosted Face. He 13 years old and weighs 12 lbs.

Whammy went on a two-week Frosted Fling, so we could learn more about him in a home environment, and he is such a sweetheart that he is staying as a Foster until he is adopted.

In mid-September, Whammy had his "beauty mark" (a small lump on his snout) removed and some teeth removed as well. He's feeling like a new man! Whammy is cuddly and loves booty scratches!

His Foster Mom shares:

"Whammy is a bundle of cuteness! Here's what we've learned about him:

* He's a quiet, sweet boy who will let you know when he needs something, and his fur is incredibly soft.

* Whammy is a good eater and loves Just Food For Dogs and eggs. His underbite makes eating a bit challenging, so I make sure to cut his food into small pieces. I've even hand-fed him at times, and he really appreciates the help.

* He's great with other dogs of all sizes and cats. He doesn't try to play; he just sniffs them and moves along.

* Whammy has formed a special bond with my 16-year-old son. He barks when he wants to be on his lap and follows him to his room.

* We take nightly walks, but I carry him when he's had enough. He doesn't need much activity-just a loving home and plenty of affection."
