Lucas, who also goes by Fiona, is a sweet snuggly explorer. She loves to lick your face and be carried around like a wet noodle. She’s a purr machine that loves to be in a lap. She’s an assertive, social cat who loves to play and be silly and would love a home with lots of people and animals. Her foster parents have one resident cat who was a bit shy and reluctant to accepting a new cat in her space but after a few weeks of slow introductions, they get along well and zoom around the house together.

LifeLine embraces the Adopters Welcome approach. This philosophy encourages conversation-based and open-minded adoptions, enabling us to find more homes for our shelter pets without unnecessary judgment.
We have many wonderful pets waiting to be yours! Adoption fees are $85 for dogs and $65 for cats (Dogs over 5 years old, $40). The adoption fee to persons over 55 years old is $40. Adoptions includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, heartworm test, fecal test, and Feline Leukemia/FIV test for cats.

The Fulton County Animal Services shelter is open seven days a week:
Monday – Friday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Closed these holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
