My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This beautiful Catahoula/Shepherd mix perhaps is ready to find her forever home. Tiffany has a strikingly gorgeous coat and long, elegant legs, making her a very lanky 42 pounds. Tiffany is doing great in her foster. She's so playful with other dogs and has received trining at Cesar Millans Dog Psychology Center. She did great meeting other animals including a Llama. You'll fall in love as soon as her attentive eyes meet yours.

Tiffany was rescued from a shelter in Bakersfield just one day before being euthanized, Tiffany is a survivor with a zest for life. At 10 months old, she is extremely smart and well-behaved. Since being with her foster family, she has made great strides in crate training, leash walking, respecting boundaries, and potty training! Although she's still a puppy, Tiffany has barked minimally and plays gently with her smaller canine foster sibling, whom she adores. She has also been introduced to several other animals, including cats, chickens, and even a llama.
Tiffany loves playing with toys and is very food motivated. She would make a great companion for an active family. She loves to give kisses, snuggle, and thrives on being the center of attention. Tiffany will make a fantastic family pet, especially in a household with other animals. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An application, adoption fee and contract are required. Please direct all questions to adopt@crdogrescue.com. All our dogs can be met with an approved application. Thank you for looking at a rescue dog for your next family member.
