Say hello to Taylor. This shy boy has been through a lot. Since being here with us he is starting to come out of his shell and his hair is starting to grow back. He is up to date on his vaccines including rabies and has been neutered. Taylor still has a lot of warming up to do and is very hopeful someone will come adopt him and give him a chance.
